ACUS is not a government agency and is not affiliated in any way with the USPS. ACUS functions as your agent in accomplishing your change of address request with the USPS. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not permanently store any information submitted to our servers. All information collected is only used to complete your change of address forms. If payment is not submitted within thirty (30) days our servers automatically purge all submitted data. Upon completion of paid applications, all data is manually purged from our database. Your information will never be shared with a third party other than to add value to and/or provide additional services related to your moving needs.

ACUS shares transaction information with our third party payment processor ("Payment Processor") when you make payment for use of the Service. The information shared with our Payment Processor is limited to such information as required by the Payment Processor to complete the payment transaction. ACUS does not capture or store the financial information (e.g. your credit card number) provided by you to our Payment Processor. ACUS only stores the results of said transactions as provided via notification from our Payment Processor, for the sole purpose of internal recording keeping and compliance with applicable law. 

Data integrity 

ACUS processes PII only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions in this policy. Reasonable steps are taken to ensure the quality of the PII that ACUS collects, processes, and stores. ACUS depends on its users for PII that is current and technically accurate in order to accomplish Service objectives. ACUS conducts periodic reviews to ensure that only the PII required to achieve Service objectives is collected and stored. ACUS takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized use of any data collected by the Service.
